TRESEMME THERMAL RECOVERY..... BOY DID I NEED THIS!

For any of you who use heat on your hair daily, hang your head in shame! We all know the damage we are doing, and have the audacity to complain about our dried out hair! I have to admit that sometimes I am soooo lazy that I just don't bother with heat protection at all! Shocking I know! Not only do we all hammer our cuticle with heat, we colour and bleach it too! Our hair is literally squealing for hydration. Well mine is at least!

This whole experimental period with hair masques began after using a sample from Space NK of Frederic Fekkai's 3 minute masque. I loved this product so much I went to purchase it..... only to find that it was 28 squidders a pop! Now you know me, I'm a sucker for an expensive lip stick or product, but £28 seemed just too much to pay for a little luxury treatment. I walked away empty handed feeling a little bit disappointed.

The next day I was in Boots trying to find a dry shampoo that would work with my dark chocolate brown hair, when I came across this HUGE tub of hair masque/conditioner. If I'm being honest, I have always looked down my nose at Tresemme users! I assumed they had fallen for the 'used by professionals' ploy and almost sneered at them! If ever I saw someone with beautiful hair and if when probed about what products they used they said Tresemme, I would probably have assumed their good hair was genetic, rather than the Tresemme products. That however has all changed.

This masque is for heat damaged, dried out hair! ME, ME, ME! Well all of you! It smells nice, it's rich and creamy, and does the job fantastically for........ wait for it.................. £3..... 500 ml for £3! That is flipping fantastic don't you think? This has made me question my whole snobbery towards this brand. I am seriously considering trying the shampoos!

So go on you heat stylers.... give your hair a drink!

  11. Wow, it sounds like a great product.
I am a recent convert to heat protector - until a month or so ago I never used it either, but I now have one by Aussie and I love it - I'd really recomend it.

  12. Lucy, I actually detest TRESemme shampoo and i wouldn't waste even £3 on it. I love hair masks and this one is obviously one of their better products because iv'e tried several through staying over at people's and borrowing a cheeky splash and also buying a massive bottle after being recommended by my hair dresser only to throw it away with disgust. If you like this mask then next time try Regis Kera-forte cashmere, it's absolutely devine and i would never ever look past it. xx :
