SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES- I REALLY AM BACK

I am so sorry for the lack of posts! I have been unable to upload anything to Blogger due to my Internet. I have just had Virgin Media installed and will begin regular posting at last! I have missed this community so, so much! Here is my belated monthly favourites! I hope you enjoy....

The month of September involved saving and organising for my new home. This meant that I spent little time buying cosmetics. I did splash out on a few items and have really enjoyed using them. There are some old favourites which made the cut. Of course as Autumn is now in full swing some favourite fall/ winter products have been eased grudgingly into my daily routine. Where was summer!!!! that is all I have to say!

My first favourite is Estee Lauder's Double Wear foundation. I already blogged about this product, and am still reaching for it on a daily basis. It lasts brilliantly, has a great coverage and keeps my skin shine free all day!

My favourite blush for the month of September was Nars Penny Lane. It's such a natural, subtle pink., which illuminates the cheeks beautifully. It goes with any lip or eye colour, making it a great staple cheek product for me.

My go to lip colours last month were MAC Viva Glam Cyndi, or Snob. Snob has been a recent purchase for me. I had always avoided it in the past, because of the Satin formulation. I sometimes find this formula drying and uncomfortable to wear. This has proved me wrong though. I love this lipstick and have been enjoying using it for a fun pop of colour.

I have been enjoying using the Liz Earle face mask for oily/ spot prone skin. This is a clay based mask and gives you a great Shrek appearance. I love this, as it takes the redness out of any spots immediately. I tend to use this twice a week whilst lying in the bath. Definitely a gem if you suffer from the odd spot.

To relax this month I have been plonking a Lush Twilight bath bomb in my bath at night time. It makes your skin feel silky smooth and just adds an overall luxurious feel to your bath. I don't know about you but I love watching the colours of the bubbles created by these beauties.

My go to winter fragrance has always been Ghost Dark night. I love this scent it's sweet yet sophisticated. If you are a lover of fragrances such as Tom Fords Black Orchid you will love this scent!

I hope you enjoyed this; nothing overly exciting I know! Have a great October!

until next time..........

  2. I bought Snob recently too, and the first time I applied it, I thought it was too much color for my usually nude lips. Now, I love wearing it! haha :)
