Candles- As the weather outside becomes colder; creating a cosy warm environment is crucial in order to stay content. There is no better way to do this than with candles. Warming festive scents are finally acceptable, and nothing says Christmas like a cinnamon candle. I have been burning my Yankee Christmas candle like it's going of of fashion. (well actually it is by January it will be frowned upon) Some people hate the smell of cinnamon; but I adore it. it makes me feel all warm inside. For my bedroom however I have opted for a slightly less obnoxious scent in the form of my vanilla and honey candle, a gift from my 21st. This candle is by Bomb cosmetics and it's lovely. I have also finished my Christmas cookie Yankee candle; however I wouldn't recommend this as it's well, frankly nauseously sweet.
Origins spot remover- With this time of year comes comfort eating. We all do, we all deny it, but most importantly, most of us pay the price. Either in added pounds, or nasty breakouts. I have been combating said breakouts with Origins spot remover. It's a miracle worker, and will feature in my upcoming weekly spot fighting post. I'm cooking up an army, you just wait.
Origins 10 minute out of trouble mask- This is another product used to fight my comfort eating troubled skin. Wap this baby on whilst warming up you frozen trotters in the bath. It wreaks of eucalyptus but I don't mind, a bit of vix vapour rub never did the sinuses any harm, yes I would compare this scent to vix, though I wouldn't recommend smearing that all over your face. This is a great product with noticeable results, it works great along side the spot remover too.
mac By candlelight- Highlighting is not just a task for summertime. It's a great way to give your maybe dry skin a healthy glow. I have been loving using this one my cheek bones. This is a beautiful warm highlight which is hard to beat. I know it's limited edition; but to you lucky owners........ show it some love!
Liz Earle normal/combination skin repair- This is a great product for those of us with combination skin. Mine can be spotty yet dry at the same time. This is light enough not to clog up those troublesome pores, and nourishing enough to sort out those little dry patches. It also smells delicious and soaks in within seconds.
Chanel mademoiselle- This is the perfect winter lip colour. It's great with green eyes as it makes them pop like crazy. I love this shade against my pale skin, there's something modern about it, yet something old school 1950's glam at the same time . Heck throw in a little bit of snow white for good measure.
YSLTea rose- This is my pretty pink colour for winter. It's nude yet flatteringly warm. This is a must have lip colour. I feel a million dollars when I wear this. Perfect for the days when a red is just too out-there for a neutral girl like moi.
Nars Pillow talk- Another winter lip product. This time in the form of a rich plum shade. Just wap this on et viola a beautiful festive lip hassle free.
MAC Vintage grape blush ombre- This is the perfect match for pillow talk. A little bit of this on the apples of your cheeks, creates a 'I've been playing in the snow all day' kinda glow. Limited edition again, so same applies; if you own this show it some well deserved cheek time.
Pearl drops Hollywood smile- I have been trying this toothpaste for the past few weeks, and can say I've noticed a difference. It works great and keeps you breath fresh all day. Wierd favourite I know, but teeth are a part of looking beautiful.
